Terma & Syarat – Program Kredit / Mata Ganjaran

1. Kelayakan
    Program Kredit / Mata Ganjaran (“Points”) ini hanya terbuka kepada pelanggan berdaftar Deetech Gadgets. Points tidak boleh dipindah milik dan hanya sah untuk akaun yang mengumpulkannya.
 
2. Polisi Penebusan
   Points yang dikumpul hanya boleh ditebus sebagai diskaun untuk pembelian yang dibuat melalui laman web rasmi deetechgadgets.com sahaja.
 
3. Tiada Nilai Tunai
    Points tidak mempunyai nilai wang tunai dan tidak boleh ditukar kepada wang tunai, pengeluaran kredit, pindahan bank atau sebarang bentuk pampasan kewangan lain. Points tidak boleh dipindahkan, dijual atau diserahkan kepada pihak ketiga.
 
4. Tempoh Sah & Luput
    Points tertakluk kepada tempoh sah laku yang ditetapkan oleh Deetech Gadgets. Points yang tamat tempoh akan dilucutkan secara automatik dan tidak boleh dipulihkan.
 
5. Pemulangan, Pembatalan & Pelarasan
    Sekiranya berlaku pembatalan pesanan, pemulangan wang (refund), pertikaian bayaran (chargeback) atau pembatalan transaksi, Deetech Gadgets berhak menolak atau membatalkan Points yang diperoleh daripada transaksi tersebut.
 
6. Penipuan & Penyalahgunaan
    Sebarang cubaan manipulasi sistem, penciptaan akaun berganda atau aktiviti penipuan boleh menyebabkan akaun digantung atau ditamatkan serta-merta dan semua Points dilucutkan tanpa notis awal.
 
7. Pematuhan Undang-Undang Malaysia
    Program ini adalah tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999 serta peraturan berkaitan yang berkuat kuasa. Tiada peruntukan dalam program ini yang bertujuan mengehadkan hak mandatori pengguna di bawah undang-undang Malaysia.
 
8. Perlindungan Data Peribadi
    Semua data peribadi yang dikumpul berkaitan program Points akan diproses selaras dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA) dan Polisi Privasi Deetech Gadgets.
 
9. Had Liabiliti
    Deetech Gadgets tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang gangguan sistem, kegagalan teknikal atau kelewatan yang menjejaskan pengumpulan atau penebusan Points.
 
10. Pindaan & Penamatan
     Deetech Gadgets berhak meminda, menggantung atau menamatkan program Points dan Terma & Syarat ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.
 
11. Keputusan Muktamad
     Segala keputusan yang dibuat oleh Deetech Gadgets berkaitan program Points adalah muktamad dan mengikat.

Terms & Conditions – Credit / Reward Points Program

1. Eligibility
   The Credit / Reward Points (“Points”) program is available exclusively to registered customers of Deetech Gadgets. Points are non-transferable and valid only for the account under which they were earned.
2. Redemption Policy
   Points accumulated may only be redeemed as a discount for purchases made exclusively through the official online store at deetechgadgets.com.
3. No Cash Value
   Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit withdrawal, bank transfer, or any other form of monetary compensation. Points may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
4. Validity & Expiry
   Points are subject to a validity period as determined by Deetech Gadgets. Expired Points will be automatically forfeited and shall not be reinstated.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & Adjustments
   In the event of order cancellation, refund, chargeback, disputed transaction, or reversal of payment, Deetech Gadgets reserves the right to deduct or void the corresponding Points earned from such transaction.
6. Fraud, Abuse & Manipulation
   Any suspected abuse, system manipulation, multiple account creation, or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of the account and forfeiture of all accumulated Points without prior notice.
7. Compliance with Malaysian Laws
   This program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other applicable regulations. Nothing in this program shall limit any mandatory consumer rights provided under Malaysian law.
8. Data Protection
   All personal data collected in connection with the Points program shall be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia and Deetech Gadgets’ Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
   Deetech Gadgets shall not be liable for any system interruption, technical failure, or delay that may affect the earning or redemption of Points.
10. Amendments & Termination
    Deetech Gadgets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Points program and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. Final Decision
    All decisions made by Deetech Gadgets regarding the Points program shall be final and binding.
